Overview

RG Dental Laboratories Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental CAD/CAM Technician to join our digital lab team in Markham.

This role focuses on the design and production of high-quality dental restorations using advanced CAD/CAM technologies. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in dental lab environments and a deep understanding of digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify dental restorations including crowns, bridges, and implant cases using CAD/CAM software

• Work with 3Shape and Exocad to produce accurate and high-quality digital models

• Collaborate with lab technicians and production teams to ensure precision and efficiency

• Interpret prescriptions, case notes, and clinical requirements into digital designs

• Maintain organized digital case files and documentation

• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and production timelines

• Troubleshoot and adjust designs as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of dental CAD/CAM experience (required)

• Strong proficiency in 3Shape and/or Exocad

• Proven experience with crowns, bridges, and implant restorations

• Experience working in a dental laboratory environment

• High attention to detail and strong quality control mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits
